Active Rest Bodyweight Workout – 30 Minutes

We can always use an active rest workout, especially when we are sore or achy. Try out this workout, it’s a smooth and relaxing workout, that keeps you moving on your rest days.

Warm-Up
20 Jumping Jacks
20 Butt Kicks
20 Pendulum Swings
20 Mountain Climbers
20 Flutter Kicks

25 Minute AMRAP – Should be a quick transition between each set, no rest in between rounds.
10 Push-ups
10 Hollow Holds (up and down)
10 Squats
10 Jumping Jacks
10 Alt shoulder taps
20 crunches
30 Sec Plank

Injured Shoulder?
10 Lunges
10 Hollow Holds (up and down)
10 Squats
10 Jumping Jacks
10 High Knees
20 crunches
30 Sec Plank
